The Grünenthal Human Resources department is responsible for designing and implementing processes in the field of human resources.
The most important fields of responsibility are recruiting qualified employees in accordance with the company’s needs, ongoing employee support, the conception and implementation of advanced training and employee development measures as well as strategic human resource management and labor cost planning. The HR division develops and manages the remunerations and fringe benefits offered at the company.
Human Resources is also supporting managers and employees for complying with and processing all legal provisions pertaining (according) to labor, income tax and social insurance and represents the company in labor-related panels (economic committee, works council, etc.).
On an international level, the HR division develops the framework plans required to implement the Grünenthal strategy, supports major personnel processes and assists employees who are working abroad.
